Very friendly and on time!!!! This guy was extremely better than the guy from last year Bill. Bill was very pushy and claimed my house underneath was the worse he had seen. He is the only person to say that and the years I have been with you all. He kept texting me wanting me to pay him over $1800 to fix it.
So glad he is not coming out looking or we would have gone with someone else!!!
