Good service
Good service, but had a leaky canister, which was dripping down on my hard wood floors. He was doing his best to not let it fall on my floors, but missed several time. With money that’s being paid, having a tech come to spray my house should be one of my concerns as a customer. Just saying, give man working equipment.

On time. If we are home he will tell us what he is going to do. My wife talk to the tech and she said he told her leaves near the house and things live in there. He sprained it. Little things like that goes a long way wh us.

From calling the office and/or the office calling me to remind me I am due for service & answering any questions is helpful. The technician is always professional, detailed in treating the house inside and outside & answering any questions or concerns.
Having the house sprayed for bugs and checked for mice is just such a relief from worry. The products used work well to keep the bugs out! Our rep CJ does a very thorough job and he's always a joy to work with - such a nice guy. The office is also very helpful every time I call.
I do not like to do these surveys. Seems like everybody is sending them out.

Honors schedule, prompt and friendly. Recognizable name, vehicle. But, serviceman should present and/or ware a badge or other individual identification…. Otherwise very good service.

Brandon, our Terminix Technician, is very courteous, keeps us informed on what he is doing, and always does an excellent job doing our fire ant and pest control. We have not had any concerns and/or issues after Brandon completes the work. Very pleased with the Terminix service.
