What I like about Terminix is their friendliness and their consistency with keeping their appointments. Jacob is always prompt and friendly. He is also very thorough with his treatment and asking me if I’ve seen any bugs and what did I save any to show him. Also I like the fact that I can call him back if I see any bugs or have any problems and they are always prompt to take care of it. I have not seen any bugs since they’ve been treating my house in yard.
