I love YMCA. I love the group exercise classes. The instructors are very motivating and kind.
The classes help me stay in shape while having fun. I come 3 to 6 time weekly. I just wish I have more time to do more classes but as I am working during the day, only the evening class fit my schedule.
Thank you
Many classes to choose from
We had a great experience in swim classes. Our daughters showed considerable progress at swim thanks to the good lecturers at YMCA.
Thank you
Staff and trainers very nice and helpful.
Lap swim
Rich and diverse offerings with lots of time options.
Close to home, friendly and helpful staff!
Great. Hope you will have more activities for 3 years olds.
Every program I have tried has been wonderful. The instructors and participants have been friendly, inviting and supportive which helped to make me feel welcome to the YMCA. A very positive experience!
Community, many classes, high level exercises, swimming pool, weight room, egym, friendly staff, feel home.
Group classes during the weekend
Open long hours, friendly staff, unpretentious atmosphere
I like the variety of offerings. Everything is clean and up to date, except for the locker rooms.
teachers, hours, friendly and helpful staff
I've been a member for over 30 years. I've been using a variety of weight lifting machines, as well as treadmill and stationary bike, for all of that time. I've also been a yoga regular at various times. The variety of activities you offer is remarkable. I don't consult with your trainers much at this stage, but I have done so in the past and they have been predictably very helpful.
The main problem I encounter at this point is availability of parking, a sign of the popularity of your institution.
Senior friendly, hospitable staff and instructors, demographics, generally clean, modifications to exercises readily modifiable and modifications encouraged, supporting classmates, opportunities to lunch and visit outside of class,Willie Gardner, Marie Jaeger, John M. I’m very happy and contented to be participating in classes and activities sponsored by or located at the Southeast Y.
Love the M/W 10:15 yoga class. Also love the small community feel that this Y has.
Like the pool exercise program for elderly.
Marie Jager's classes for older adults are essential to my well being. I am in pretty good shape for a person my age as a result of attending them for 15+ years. Her classes helped me through two hip replacement surgeries (the doctor and therapists could not believe how quickly I recovered!).
The Weight Loss Challenge program helped me lose weight and to keep it off. I started with the program in 2009 and attended several sessions and lost about 45 pounds, which I've been able to maintain. Rachel, Andrea, and Shelley did/do a great job with the program. Yay!
It provides various options to fit individual/group needs
I think Nancy is a superb yoga teacher. I do miss old arms weight machine. You kept one arm curl machine but not the other even thought there is room by the arm curl for the other machine to sit next to it. Please consider bringing it back.
Varied selection of classes.
Wide selection. Good family pricing. Helpful people.
Available for all ages and yummy abilities.
Nice friendly instructors.
There is a wide choice of different classes to take. It’s fun to try new things. The instructors are great and there is a real sense of community created by the instructors.
Modern equipment and clean facility.
I’ve only been to the SW Y once but I had a great class there on a day when that location was convenient for me. (I usually go to El Camino Y.)
The Y’s in the area have great classes and clean bright facilities. I love all four that I’ve been to and I often recommend them. (Most of my friends are older though, so they prefer gyms that accept Silver Sneakers.)
Fantastic instructors. My kids love the teachers and toys in the kid's club. Nice locker rooms.

I like them very much!
