Classes are fun and challenging when I want them to be; there's usually enough options that I like to be able to find a class each day. I do also really like the e-gym now, which is a great option to supplement a class or when I want to work out on my own timing.

Wonderful specialized classes - Marie Jager’s yoga for osteoporosis for example. Great teachers and BEST trainers (John Milstead). Clean, friendly atmosphere - everything always positive.

The Y includes everyone and the instructors are excellent at providing alternative exercises for students with limitations so they can remain in the classes.

I like the Y because it is a low-key place with helpful staff. I also appreciate the recent investment in the e circuit machines. They are very motivating.
I enjoy TRX, yoga and body flow classes. Seems like there are lots of classes offered. Teachers are great!

The personal training program gets me back to the Y twice a week for an hour session each time. Christina and I have been working together since 2006. She knows what I need and is very knowledgeable. It is never boring and it has help me to stay active and healthy.
The other thing is the people who attend the Y. They are regular folks from the neighborhood and are interested in staying active and healthy. It is a place for families and people of all ages and abilities. It is a very inclusive environment.
