I enjoy Southwest YMCA. I like the staff very much and I like my instructors for water aerobics. I enjoy the e-gym (when I go--not as much lately); more water classes than anything. I also attend ElCamino YMCA on Saturday for water aerobics.
What I especially like is the encouragement I have received from not one, but many people at the Southwest YMCA. I feel like the staff at Southwest are truly 'into' the Y and promoting what it has to offer. I have appreciated this very much.
I have friends (in the aerobics classes I attend) who also encourage me to try other activities/classes that SW offers. They are very excited about other classes, too. (thought I'd share this also). Because I just retired 6 months ago, I am just going slow and slowly I will dive into other activities also. (maybe not since I truly enjoy the water classes I attend --- my knees and body feel sooooo much better)! : ).

Variety of classes, friendly staff
Still new. I came on board for the excellent assortment of Cybex machines and cardio. The assistance in getting started was perfect.
I am delighted that you now have several inside morning water aerobics classes. Lifeguards seem to be much more attentive to who is in the pool, and chatting by the lifeguard chair has seemed to diminish. I am delighted to see more mature guards.

Senior fitness classes close to my home.
I love the bodycombat with Autumn on Monday and Wednesday morning. If they add more of these workouts at 5:30 to 5:45pm I would go to this location more but the pm workout options are not that good.

Good price, good coach and nice facility
We enjoy the swimming pool accommodations for disabled adults. The staff and lifeguards are very courteous and helpful in helping get our son into the lift and pool. The changing room and shower on pool deck are great for families. We appreciate the ability to use your pool while Timpany Center is being repaired. We enjoy the easy access and the ability to try out the facility for a complementary week. We appreciate the opportunity to use the pool so our son can get some exercise walking in the water. We were welcomed by Jeremy and team from day one and would definitely recommend the facility.

Right now the most important thing for me and my wife is that you still have equipment available outdoors as we are still very concerned about Covid. We also like the range of classes at the Quality of the equipment
