I love bodycombat and bodypump program. I love the staff too and the instructors. I would like to see bodyattack be taught on your location and preferably at 5:45pm on Monday, Wednesday or Friday.

Great instructors, good variety of classes, clean facilities.
Southwest YMCA has an incredible staff - I originally signed up at this gym after visiting quite a few. It cost the most but the staff was great and helpful, and they continue to be. I also like the idea that if someone can't afford the gym you're able to help reduce the cost.
l love the Zumba and Yoga class.
Love the adult exercise classes!!! My daughter also takes swimming lessons here too which she loves.
Aquafit helps me workout without arthritis pain.
I like the pool and the lifeguards. The swimming pool is clean and at the proper temp.

And I love aqua fitness, it’s really fun.
The EGM is very easy to use and I like that you don’t have to adjust the equipment.
The people that work at the YMCA are all very nice and always greet you when you come in.

Boot camp and Zumba
I am pleased that it is very apparent in the staff's manor and response, that they are trying to accommodate everyone's needs and make it a friendly and welcoming place to be.
The SWY is a friendly place with a good vibe. I always feel comfortable and welcome there. There are tons of options of classes, equipment and fitness activities. I should take advantage of them far more than I do.
I just use the gym/weigts/stair master. They are always available and in good shape/working.
Love the pool. I would like more lap swimming at night
I use my Y membership for lap swimming in the am. Close and convenient and a le to swim in the indoor pool year round. Friends with several of the other swimmers and the morning staff are great!
Clean and bright facility. Offers programs of different intensity/difficulty.
I really like the physical layout. Being an old school, Southwest has grassy areas between buildings for outdoor workouts and relaxation.
Very good assistance for elderly.
Exercising in the pool is vital to my wellbeing! Having two artificial knees makes exercising difficult, but the pool allows low impact. Such a blessing!

I think the activities are great! But I would like to see more cardio activities such as a medium level Zumba or maybe I should say slightly below what you already offer. Not totally senior. Also maybe a medium level Jazzercise not totally senior but just a little easier than Glitz. I guess something that you could start at and build up to the existing classes that you have. Not sure I'm making any sense but hopefully you might get my drift. Thank you so much it's a beautiful facility. And I love all the variety of yoga that you offer!
