What do you like about our [en]programs and activities[/en][es]programa y actividades[/es]?

My family just became a member of YMCA and three of us enjoy a lot. I love to exercise with my 9 year old son and some times with my husband.
It is family oriented so make things more easy if you need to exercise.
If my son decide to have a break he loves to go to Kids Club. The instructor are great. The customer service it is great as well overall the best decision we ever made

The environment gym equipment availability. On a separate note, please open the workout gym and pools on Sunday at 7am.

There’s a huge variety and the activities are geared for families to do together. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

I've only done aqua aerobics classes at the Y. I especially like my instructors--Sue, Marina, and Anu. Other staff is generally welcoming and helpful. I also like the facility itself. It's clean and airy.

Good teachers, very helpful trainers in the central gym area, friendly Y participants, good mix of different cultures, ages, interests!

I only use the fitness rooms. I think the staff is great and the maintenance on the equipment means that they are for the most part available. The staff is professional and friendly and communicative.

I probably only use 10% of what the Y offers, but I still believe that it is a great deal. (I do use that 10% a lot, however).
