I use the facility mostly for water-based aerobics classes. I find the variety of instructors and availability throughout the mornings to be very helpful in planning my daily exercise.

YMCA has a lot of classes for different levels
I’m a new member so I can’t answer this question yet. But I will say I love the positive vibe at the Palo Alto Y. You can almost see it!;)

I love the Les mikes classes and the kids clubs!

My only activity at the YMCA is the pool. I like the ability to do my own water aerobic routine in the "instructional" pool in the early morning hours. My husband uses the stationary bikes and the weights equipment to maintain leg/hip strength following hip surgery.
I use the Fitness Center exclusively. My wife also uses same, as well as taking Aqua Zumba classes on Mondays and Fridays. Both of us appreciate having such nice facilities and programs so readily available to us to help maintain our fitness.

I mostly use the weight machines when I come to the YMCA. I love how easy they are to use and their accessibility when I go in the afternoon to use them.

The variety and frequency

I LOVE my Monday 12:40 Pilates class. I only wish that the instructor was there another day as well. I still can't believe that I'm taking a class that I hate to miss.. And that I look forward to such a difficult (for me) workout.
