The only YMCA activity I am part of is the pool. I transferred from the Redwood City YMCA to the one in Palo Alto, as I prefer the warm, non-caustic water.

I like the variety of programs. I can take yoga classes, Zumba-type classes, conditioning classes. I can go and work out by myself in the weight room. I can take personal training sessions.

Diversity of classes, level of competence of the instructors, friendliness, availability and hours, pleasant facilities, variety of activities, multiples classes everyday.
Welcoming atmosphere of the lobby and convenience of the locker room, showers, sauna, jacuzzi, swiming pool, machines, very complete!

The swim aerobics!!! Although the swim lessons in the other side of the pool are a little noisy

It is clean and I consistently find a treadmill available for the Exert program. I especially appreciate that you provide jobs for adults with special needs.
