There was some accident - an old man fell from the machine, and someone stays one machine for over 30 minutes - but no one could handle it at the time.

I'm a newer member, so have only used the gym. As someone who is not inclined to lift weights due to not knowing how to use machines or if I'm using them properly, the egym is a HUGE win for someone like me.

I love that I can walk and feel at home in such a friendly place. I like when the staff use my name.
The sinks in the locker rooms need signs telling people that they have to wipe out dark hairs after they have dried their hair. I hate seeing long dark hairs in the sink when I have to wash my hands. It is pretty disgusting to see and makes a clean sink look filthy.
You need to have a better system of communication. If there is a power outage or a class is cancelled or the pool is closed, you should be tweeting or texting this information to us before we leave home. It is no good arriving there to discover that it is closed or the pool is closed or a class is cancelled. You don't even answer the phone when I ring in advance to find out if the power is out when I know the power is out in my own home.

I like swimming pool. Water is warm and has not smell. i like small details (shampoo, driers for swimming suites, fans for hair, scale for check body weight,. Thank you!

I like having the warmer water pool. Also at the same would like to see it a little warmer
For me personally, I like the availability of the resistance machines.
I like the fact that I see people of all ages and walks of life.

I like the indoor pool, hotub, and sauna. Its the facility i use it the most and greatly appreciate access to it.
