Our experience with Mohammed has been absolutely fantastic! My daughter and son have both made incredible progress and, more importantly, they truly enjoy every lesson. He is patient, professional, and truly knows how to connect with kids. We’re so grateful for his positive energy and dedication—definitely a 100 out of 100!

My daughter really likes the classes. Good trainer. I like the indoor pool, it is much warmer than the outdoor one (my son used to go to the pool in Mountain View, it is outdoor). The classes are useful, my daughter has already learned a lot. I also really like that the groups are small and the trainer can devote time to everyone.
There is one nuance that is a little confusing: in the women's locker room there are always boys with their mothers, who also change next to my daughter. They are 6-7 years old. It would be good to have separate locker rooms for mother/son, father/daughter.
I love the group fitness classes, the clean facility, nice pool, great instructors, and super friendly employees.
Teachers, Frannie and Cayden, both were great. Classes were age appropriate and fun.

I show up mostly for Eyal's fantastic Body Pump class on Wednesdays, (he is truly a step above most teachers) but also love the True Stretch cage in the stretch room.
I like body pump and all the yoga classes the most.
Your water exercises are excellent!
They have helped me a lot to feel better from pain on my back and legs. As I get better I want to start other exercises to keep healthy.
Yoga is the most programs I like, all teachers are very friendly and helpful.
Tai Chi and Qigong class are wonderful for the seniors and/or people with chronic pain
