Variety and inclusiveness.
I feel like a family member when I’m at Northwest YMCA
The entire team is very Professional, Friendly and Customer focused!!
Special thanks to Justin, Jason, Marie, Kianna, Brandy, Matt, Bilal, coach Jenelle, Oliver
Love the Les Mills classes. Would love to have some vinyasa or hatha yoga options between 8:45 to 3:30pm for those of us that need to drop off or pick up kids from school. Front staff is great but trainers are not as personable.
The existing dance classes be scheduled after 7:00 PM, ideally starting around 7:30 PM. It is challenging for me to arrive at current class times directly after work.
Before the pandemic, more dance classes were available after 7:00 PM. Please consider adding more late evening options to the schedule.
Great instructors ,
I like the ambience, very supportive and friendly staff, lots of programs for all age groups, place to sit down and work or just mingle.
I like many classes the Northwest Y offers, like Les Mills Pump, Combat , RPM and Body Balance .
However, lately we seem to have problems finding instructors for Barre classes so we may end up with just one class a week, on Sundays !
I’d like to see at least 2 Barre classes a week, considering that last year we were able to have 3 each week .
This location has a large layout and a equally large parking lot. The programs/services offered cater to all ages, from toddlers to seniors. The EGym system is very useful.
I love the Y, mainly the one in Cupertino, the staff is great!!
the only downside is the need to register/book classes.
I can't come to classes unless I plan it ahead and register.
a much more convenient solution would be to come 10 min before to make sure you have a spot.
after all, for body pump, people who want the * pound weights come earlier to get them, they don't register for it..
Good variety of classes.
I like variety of classes, pools, and kids programs.
The pool is awesome. Special "shout out" to the lifeguards, especially Hannah, for being so professional and friendly!
We are recognized by name when we enter or depart the NWYMCA. It makes us feel appreciated.
The staff are always friendly and helpful. I like the range of fitness classes that are offered. Also the eGYM machines and pool facilities.
pool water is warm for kids. Pool needs to be more cleaner I think it s very crowded
Love the instructors- competence and fun!! Front desk staff is always there and helpful !
I primarily spend time usingthe weight lifting equipment. Area is clean and well kept. When machines go down, they are usually back up and running quickly in a day or two.
Staff is awesome!
All the classes and instructors are top notch! Not only do they have a wide range of activities to suit every ability and interest level, they have these classes at different times to suit people’s busy schedule!
I love the YMCA!
I enjoy my water exercise and other classes too.spl all instructors are good and friendly.this is my second home 🏠. love YMCA.
Thankyou so much 🙏🙏🙏
Everyone welcome, not too crowded.
Well, to be honest I haven't gotten into any programs or activities. I'm presently working with a Physical therapist a few times a week. That should come to an end in a couple of weeks.
I like the ease of the E-gym, the Kid's Club and that there are classes for very young children (Gym Venture).
Everything is great. Coach is very patient with students.
Enjoying the Aqua Fit and AquaZumba classes.
Scheduling and duration of classes. However, classes do get filled up too quickly. For non-members, this makes it very difficult to start scheduling classes.

Very good activity teachers.
Your classes, both the format and the instructors, are simply excellent. They are rigorous and engaging. The instructors in particular are so committed and upbeat, positive, and encouraging. It's been great to build relationships and a steady rhythm, and love for fitness, through their classes.

I have been swimming lately so I have not been using thecprograms abd activities, but I have in the past.
