Group classes like Spin are really terrific for health and fun
Well, of course I’m bias.
However I do think they need to fix the AC and build a second story.
Many sections of swim classes offered, indoor pool, places for parents to sit and watch. It's great.

The swim director, Oliver, is flexible in working with our blind daughter on her private swim lessons. Any problems we solve together, he’s out going, talkative and creative. She always looks forward to her swim lessons!
It's a very welcoming exercise place they actually have coffee out until noon. I'm coming back for Feldenkreis.
