Just really use the treadmills and workout machines. Have played pickelball but that's about all of the activities that i am interested in. Would like to see the therapy pool have more free time for general use!

Well executed, top shelf, great organization

Silver sneakers! It's close to my home and near food stores that I frequent. I also play PB,
use the hot tub and rowing machine. It's my "one-stop-shop" for exercising.

Everyone is welcome at the Y. All ages, all levels of fitness, all religions, all races are equally welcome.
