There is so much to do that you will always have a good experience. The staff is very friendly and can give a lot of advice. It's been a very good experience becoming a member!

I love my classes with Linda Modic. She is a Shining Star who is an amazing instructor and an excellent leader. The Y is full of wonderful people.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Active older adult classes led by instructor Linda are helping me to improve my fitness. Linda shares reflections at the end of each class which helps to re-focus on life, peace, strength, and faith.
