Lots of class choices for all fitness levels. Instructors really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. I've sampled approximately a dozen classes and notice the instructors are very attentive to those who need a little extra coaching to insure proper form and prevent injury.

Daily Active Older Adult fitness classes that are fun and engaging. Linda, the instructor, is always upbeat and caring. She watches the participants to gage her workout intensity to best match their abilities.

Everyone was so kind, professional, and friendly! I'm embarrassed to say I haven't used the Davis Family Y in the past, should have it's amazing. I stay so busy with outdoor activities, golf and spend time in Florida in the winter but I wanted to try pickleball and I'm glad I did. By the way Brian (sp?) Who was the teacher today was awesome. I made some new friends and also was helped by Ed the other teacher (He loan me a better pattle. Please give a shout out to the ladies at registration and at the front entrance way everyone is so nice.
