I can always find a good class to attend at the Y. I enjoy using the weights and very rarely do I have to wait to use one of the machines.

Have been a member of many different YMCAs during my life. Davis is the best. More like a family, or a community, than a "gym". Not sure a person could possibly take advantage of all the opportunities available. I love being a part of this.

I haven’t utilized many of the programs or activities, but Pickleball being offered every weekday is amazing!!

There is a good selection of programs, I like the cleanliness, I have not run across a staff member yet that wasn’t polite and welcoming, and I get an overall good feeling every time I go there.

My husband was part of the Parkinson's program and that was the best therapy for him. It wasn't just the exercises but the social experience and the caring instructors.
