The variety

I like the variety of weight equipment and the availability of cardio equipment. I do think that another piece of cable equipment would be nice, as I have had to modify my workout frequently because it is in use.

There are plenty of machines to use and they are well-maintained. Staff is handy if you do need assistance.

I believe it is helpful for my health.

I love the exercise equipment and the availability of them. The variety is great. The people working there seem to enjoy their job which makes it a happy place to be.

Friendly staff,clean facility,plenty of parking.
Always room on equipment upstairs,unlike the commercial sites.
Do wish planners would have included an indoor pool for general use.The lap pools are great but some would just like to splash around in the water.......water polo would have been awesome!

I enjoy aquatic activities at the YMCA

The classes they have for members, therapy pool, hot tub, swimming pool indoor & outdoor

They are good

all the different machine you can work out on and have free range to do different activities and to bring guests at a low cost

AOA classes with Linda are so beneficial for flexibility, endurance as well as socially. the walking track and bikes are a plus for exercise. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful in all areas. pastor Jim provides spiritual support to the Y community as requested. The art programs are great and a joy to view of the many talented participants. Y definitely provides mind, body and spiritual growth to members.

I love the freedom to get a workout that fits my crazy schedule. Plus the fact that there is always someone there to help you with questions on how to utilize the machines. The staff is absolutely the best!

So far I have only used the equipment, but hopefully check out some of the programs.

Very satisfied that the Y has provided coffee for the membership. It is another way that seniors have a place to relax and socialize especially those that live alone. My association with the staff
is always a positive experience they are always helpful and courteous.
