Since last August, the shop has has a better vibe and everyone smiles as you walk in. I purchased a bottle of "Refresh" a while back and absolutely live it. The quality of service I get at Floyd's puts the chain-hair-cut-salons to shame. That is why after my first trip to Floyd's over 3 years ago, this is the only barbershop I go to. My most recent visit to the Leetsdale and Monaco shop was an excellent experience. My stylist Evan, was friendly, very attentive to detail, and definitely one of the best haircuts I've had.
The barber was kind and patient with my autistic little brother and made his experience an awesome one, all the while giving him a great haircut. We’ll be coming back!
The person at the front desk was so nice, helpful and provided excellent service! She kept checking in with us. Jenny also took great care of my 13yo. She treated him like an adult, not a kid, and he was so happy!
