I’ve been a customer of Floyd’s in multiple states, and book a time or just walk in usually not a problem. Your Leetsdale (Denver) location is outstanding, quick, courteous, listen well to costumer’s wants and willingness to work in walk-in clients. I highly recommend this location and the Rotunda and Fells Point locations in Baltimore. That being said, your (GW Village) DTC location is just the opposite. I will never go back nor recommend that location, terrible customer service. This is the only location where I’ve walked in with multiple stylists on hand and 1 person in a chair but have been told nothing is available for hours on multiple occasions. It is closer to my home but I no longer use the DTC location.
