This was my first time going to Floyd's. I went to the Floyd's on Leetsdale. I had long hair and wanted to cut it short. The staff was very polite and accommodating. Jenifer K is the stylist who cut my hair. She did a phenomenal job. She had a lot to work with first thing in the morning and did so professionally. I plan on going back in the future. Thank you.
