I always get an amazing cut. I walk out feeling amazing every time. It is a welcoming environment and all the people are their real true selves. They are accepting and kind. I had Mercedes give me a cut and she was amazing. She listened carefully to what I wanted and then gave me a cut based on the photo but fit my face perfectly. I plan on seeing Mercedes at the Leetsdale store for all my cuts going forward.

I like how laid back the staff are, overall that's just the Floyd's culture. I'm a fan of using the leave in conditioner as "hair gel" because it has an extremely light hold and keeps your hair soft; doesn't have that tacky product feeling.

We usually get great haircuts for my son at Floyd’s, but the last one wasn’t great. When I filled out the feedback form including the details, the manager reached out right away to talk about what they could do to make it right. We came in for another cut to fix it up, and even though it’s a little shorter than he likes, it now looks like a nice haircut. I also shared with them that he has Autism and they were super accommodating with extra questions about how they could make him more comfortable, including turning down the music in the whole shop and frequently checking with him during the course of the haircut. I’m so touched by their kindness towards us and their sincere desire to give us a good experience. We will definitely keep coming back.

I haven't had a bad experience yet! Prices may be a little higher for a guys haircut than other large chains but you get what you pay for.

Mike was great! He stuck to questions about the cut and didn't talk to me about anything else. As an autistic person this was great! 5 stars as always for Floyd's
