We had no idea this resource even existed. We were told about it from a PT at the hospital. I emailed one morning and we heard back that same day (within probably 15 minutes) and had a call that morning and then met Clay that same day! He was a wonderful resource and helped set up appts. for the next day or so to visit assisted living facilities. He was with us every step of the way and helped us beyond expectations. We found a place for our mom and Clay followed up with us and continues to check in. Resources like this are so important and so beneficial to those of us who are in over our heads! Thank you so much for being there to help us make the right decision!!

We were referred to CarePatrol Mid Peninsula by their affiliate Care Patrol in Fremont - we were moving our relative from east bay to the peninsula. Great cooperation among CarePatrol franchises! Rob on the Mid Peninsula was terrific to work with! Very knowledgeable about elder living in the area. Carefully talked us through the needs of our elderly relative and then located four good alternatives to visit. The four were all good choices with different levels of care for us to compare. We settled on a nicer assisted living facility and Rob had great advice on how to manage the transition. We were thoroughly impressed with Rob's level of concern and knowledge!

I have worked with Tracy twice now and she is fantastic. She helped me find an assisted living for my mom 1.5 years ago after an intense hospital and rehab stay. It was the perfect fit! We had to move my mom again in the last month and again Tracy worked to find another perfect fit for her medical and social needs.
