Jennifer was very personable and knowledgeable. She presented us with a variety of care facilities resumes. She was quite willing to arrange a visit to the facilities we were interested in seeing. She was a big help to us in making our final choice.
First, I called and my call was answered. Lee was fantastic. I was in a very emergent situation with finding a place for my Dad in a matter of hours and Lee was able to do that for us! Our CarePatrol coordinator stayed in contact with us throughout the process, which took several weeks. She provided thorough answers to the many questions we had and guided us along until we found an assisted living facility for a sibling. We couldn't have done it without her.
personally evaluated our needs, ability to afford our wants and took time to tour 2 facilities that was financially doable. Recent medical events resulted in placing my wife in one of the facilities that I toured. The contact person that we were familiar with followed up after we moved into the facility and offered help to correct some communication problems between the facility and the family. Your representative helped to guide us through the transition of care at home vs extended care facility.
Knowledge of the care facilities, kind, caring, and so accommodating on scheduling and availability.

The speed and care with which you acted in getting our family into a safe environment. We also appreciated how well connected you were with others in your trade. It takes a village of craftsmen to facilitate a move like this one. Everyone involved in the move to safety was knowledgeable, sensitive and caring. They respected the feelings of Donna and Max and gave them both grace and privacy (when necessary) as they each transitioned thru the process at their own pace.
Moving from your home of many years, when that was initially not your choice, is difficult at best. You and those with whom your chose to facilitate our loved ones' next phase have allowed our family to "own" this process and feel cared for and loved as they entered their new reality.

Doyle Hull could not have been MORE helpful, in what was a very trying time, as I tried to navigate getting my mom placed in Assisted Living. He is extremely knowledgeable, and spent a lot of time with me on the telephone, emailing, texting, answering all of my questions and concerns. My Care Patrol associate Gauri was fantastic! She was very inciteful and accommodating. She really understood our needs and budget. we were also so appreciative that she was there for the visits to explain the certain nuances that comes with elderly care. Jodi at Care Patrol was an absolute God send to us recently. She helped us in making the very important decision about where we should find a home for Mom when Dad suddenly passed. Within a few hours we had the interview with Jodi, a recommendation, a tour and signed for a very nice facility. We were able to move in in just a few days where Mom is comfortable, secure, feels safe and knows the people around her really care about her.
