It is easy to order, products are well described. Also what I like about the Windsor branch is that they are friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, the order is ready when they say it will be.
Had the product I wanted. Website is easy to use and provides timelines for availability. Product was in stock, so rather than wait a day, I went to the store and ordered it there. Service was excellent, 20 minutes, and I was done. While waiting I observed interaction with other customers, staff were friendly and very helpful.

Every time I call Metal Supermarkets it is because I need some metal, and I need it quickly. Whatever you don't have, you get for me fast. Multiple cuts are always handled within hours, often faster. Prices are more than fair considering the high cost of having a retail operation based on heavy, oversized and awkward to move items! Especially considering the great variety you manage to store.
