When we give you measurements, you guys tend to put like a quarter inch at the end of the measurements and sometimes we forget oh yeah we’re gonna give her 3/32 for the blade cut and very descriptive with what you have when you’re not visible at the shop if an order is wrong you guys are quick to resolve it. That makes us want to shop more at that location.

Recently ordered a bit of aluminum, was a bit surprised to find one piece slightly short of the length I had ordered. It wasn't a big deal - my project could accommodate it, but when a piece of material is advertised as 40" long, my feeling is that it should really be 40" long.
At the same time, I was in a rush for my material. You were really great at accommodating my need, got the material ready promptly. Thanks for that!.

It is easy to get smaller metal pieces without having to buy a 20 or 40 foot length when I only need 8". The convivence and cost of the smaller pieces has allowed me to do thing I would have never been able to if I had to buy full large lengths all the time.

When ordering I suggest calling the location directly and not placing the order online. Their online orders are fulfilled from a central location (Edmonton) and then shipped to a local site.
