I bought a piece of tread plate for a small job. A couple of tries at cutting it was not going well at home. I called them back and asked if I could have it re cut to a smaller size, as I had bought it bigger than I needed and they said yes. They did it and when I went to pay for it they said it was on the house - that’s good business and I’ll be a returning customer for sure. Good honest business to deal with - 5 stars

What I am looking for, fast and friendly service
The people there are friendly and helpful always, the selection is very good and they are the only metal supplier that cares enough to hand the customer a deburred and clean part, carried to my truck. Unlike any other supplier that I deal with, who just hands over the raw dirty/oily part, and doesn’t even offer a cloth, without me asking.
That little bit of respect goes a long way in maintaining customers and those customers making sure their friends know where to go!!
