Prompt service when I went to pick up my steel
well, we have had problems with shipping to are shipping address and not are billing Address. which we have been working on with your time. Also its bad to get notices that your order is complete, yet it has not arrived and the only update about the order is that a shipping label was made. Your Product is great .
Great products, the metal piece we ordered had no issues, specs were right on.
Service was excellent, prompt responses & friendly.
Thank you for taking the time to accommodate me.
I was able to determine with my initial phone conversation with Metal Supermarkets that they had the product I needed. When I was at their store I was looked after right away. My metal was cut for me right away and I was on my way. I found their product to be top quality and would not hesitate using them again or recommending them.
Great selection and impressive quality Aluminum products.
I like the wide selection of materials, the convenience of having metal cut to the required size, and the quick and helpful customer service. The quality of the products is also very good.
Good selection of product in Stock and ability to get most material .
Your product is great, and the service from the employees is superb
Products are good, but the customer service from Lexi was what really made me rate this a 10. She was able to bring in material twice as fast as any other company i had called around to. We were doing some critical infrastructure work and required ASAP material, and she was able to get it all almost next day. Thank you for your hard work!
Speed, Ideas we have before first coffee see us getting metal in the mid afternoon, making parts on the night shift, and trying them 24 hours after discussing the initial ideas.
