They contacted me to advise the particular product wasn’t available but provided alternatives over the phone and solved the issue
Being able to order just what I need - I don't have to build up a collection of offcuts, but how do I get the sticky labels off my metal?
Good products good service.
I have a long history with Gem City Steel going back some 20 years. When I found Metal Supermarket I was amazed at the selection and the "over cut" bins are the best! All the guys and gals in the front office and in the wearhouse are amazing! AND THE BEST PART OF ALL IS THEY LET YOU GO BACK IN THE WEARHOUSE AND FIND WHAT YOU NEED. Found my end all be all "Metal Supermarket". Keep up the great work/service.
