The people there are friendly and helpful always, the selection is very good and they are the only metal supplier that cares enough to hand the customer a deburred and clean part, carried to my truck. Unlike any other supplier that I deal with, who just hands over the raw dirty/oily part, and doesn’t even offer a cloth, without me asking.
That little bit of respect goes a long way in maintaining customers and those customers making sure their friends know where to go!!

Metal Supermarkets has knowledgeable and friendly people. The quickly understood my need for a custom metal part for a tractor and had it done withing the week. They were also reasonably priced for the part since I already had tried to buy it from the dealership. The dealership had told me that the part was on back order for three months and could not give me any estimate about when the dealer part would be available. Having the part made at Metal Supermarket in less than a week made me think I should have just come to them long before I did.
