Honestly it wasn't the best experience as far as receiving any metal. I was under a tight deadline to receive some diamond plate (6- 4'x10' sheets). I was guaranteed it would be in by a certain date and i was told the delivery was canceled and id have to wait another day, which i couldn't and i went elsewhere. Because of the cancelation It V6ended up costing me $800 more. Wasnt thrilled but the reason i gave a 10 rating was the customer service i received in the Farmington store. They were excellent. I dont think they had anything to do with the canceled shipment and they were upset that they couldn't get me what i needed. Ill come back when i need some metal.

Metal Mart stocks allot of the common sizes, and when I have needed a non-stock item - they have had it at one of the other local locations. Also they can shear flat material up to 1/4 thick on mild steel and aluminum and 3/16 stainless steel plate. They offer plasma cutting in Denver and have the ability to cut to length. They also offer drop steel at a discounted price. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and support the customers needs.

The guys at the Don Mills store, especially Fred, bend over backwards to ensure that the customer is satisfied. I told Fred that I always leave the store with a smile.

I can’t say enough good things about Metal Supermarkets (East)! I purchased 16-gauge steel for a landscape-edging project and needed it cut into 6-inch strips. The staff took the time to understand exactly what I needed and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Everyone was so tremendously friendly, kind, personable, and professional. The service was also impressively quick. They made the entire process easy and enjoyable, and I’m extremely happy with both the steel and the cuts.
