Every time I have dealt with the Richmond branch, the staff have always been very courteous and efficient. All parts are accurately cut and I have never needed to wait longer than the time they have indicated.
Excellent customer service from phone order to pickup. The product was clean and well packaged for hauling. Prices are reasonable compared to the small amount vendors I have used in the past. Metal Supermarket will be my go to from now on. Shout out to Zach at the Mead/Longmont store for making sure my order was accurate and ready to go at the desired pickup time.
