Great website with a very easy to navigate and understand process for the novice metal buyer. I had been guided by AI to what I needed and was happy to be able to locate exactly what I was told to get and then be able to price out my options and see that I could upgrade the the "better" option for just a little bit more. Staff are friendly and helpful, orders get processed pretty quick for me

I did a very small online order for Will Call to the closest store, as the shipping costs were astronomical, almost 10x the cost of the material.

The local store is still an overnight road trip and four ferry crossings away, so I was happy to consolidate it with a number of other errands some weeks later.

I showed up at the store during lunch break, and there was the material already on the counter ready for pickup. Couldn't be easier. But meanwhile a friend had asked me to get some stock material cut. So I asked for that, and within five minutes it was done and loaded and invoiced, along with some pleasant and intelligent conversation.

Nobody minded that I was cutting into the lunch break. It was totally low key, very informal, just a couple of guys getting er done. I really appreciate it.

Phone ordering went well and product was ready for pick in 4 days.

I’ve been to two Metal supermarket stores in Orlando area. One Orlando and one in Melbourne. Both of the stores went way beyond my expectations to buy a piece of metal. It’s awesome to have a place that doesn’t care that you’re a homeowner coming in to buy a supply that they need.
