we deal with MSM often as we work in the film industry and things happen quickly. The bottom line is convenience and, most of the time, they have what we need. If I need items personally, then I would, normally, get them from a supplier as the cost effectiveness isnt there with MSM. but again. its the convenience.

I experienced exceptional service. The lady behind the desk took my order, and helped me figure out what I needed. The guys in the shop pulled the steel quickly, sheered some and cut the other to size and I was on my way in about 20 minutes. Would definitely go back when I need something else.
