Customer Testimonials

Wonderful place.. Best part is they have local pickup.. Also seem to have no minimum order limit .. I ordered just a few pieces of Steel for a home project and pick them up same day.. couldn't be happier!

Great place to get parts made and metal from. The people that worked there are humans and they treat you that way.

Communication is the key to success and the team at Metal Super Market is outstanding at this. We have a lot of last-minute needs and they always work with us to be able to meet our deadlines

Well, people work there are amazing

A member of your staff in Woburn(?) really took good care of me recently on a very small price order; I think his name is Scott.
Keep doing everything you're now doing.

Professional, Friendly and cost effective

Price is important but Customer Service and inventory are more important to me.
I find you do well in both categories.

The service is fantastic and I am able to purchase smaller quantities per foot when needed.

A wide range of stock, cut to your requirements. Helpful staff in branch.

Convenient location and navigable with a long trailer. Friendly and helpful staff. The one suggestion I would make is to post the length of the products as they are in your warehouse. I originally ordered ten foot lengths and noticed that the warehouse staff was getting ready to cut my order. I stopped them and had the office bill be for the extra footage. Yes I will have metal leftover, but I always have a project going and will use it. This could help cut waste and repair costs on the saw.

good group of guys
