My requirement for a small amount of metal was for a DIY project. I chose to use the click and collect option. Metal Supermarkets website was easy to navigate for both purchase and payment. Although my order was comparatively small, I was treated as though it was large and from a commercial buyer. The steel was produced very quickly as was the notification. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. I cannot find fault.

So easy to get what you need, the online store is easy to use and clear as well as having up to date stock levels so navigating couldn't be simpler. There's also no minimum order so you only need to pay for what you actually want. The staff in store were great, very polite and well mannered and my order was waiting for me when i got there. Very friendly fast service. I went in asked for what I wanted. No one in the area had it. The salesman showed me what they had available. I purchased the steel and it was cut to length and loaded within minutes. I will definately go back when I need steel.
