What do you like about our programs and activities?

I use the fitness room with elliptical, and also use the row of resistance machines in that room.
I have taken yoga with both Kathy and Audrey and value those opportunities. Also Jump Stretch is a very good group exercise program.

I appreciate the equipment and the cleanliness of all areas. The staff members are professional, friendly and most helpful! In particular Karry does a Body Flex class that is amazing!

Central Y offers unique classes that challenge you and are fun at the same time. The instructors are in it with you and truly make you feel like your success is theirs. The atmosphere is welcoming and diverse. It feels like hanging out with your friends.
