The Y has been a part of my life for 45 years. There is a nice variety of classes to chose from.
Just really use the treadmills and workout machines. Have played pickelball but that's about all of the activities that i am interested in. Would like to see the therapy pool have more free time for general use!
Jump stretch class really helps me keep moving
