Inter reactions with people was better at one time we still have a nice sitting area but they took the coffee away it was the drawing card that brought a lot of inter reaction and introduction’s amongst members united we seem to move forward most ymcas throughout the country I’ve been to seem promote a gathering area with light refreshments goes along way to unite people

This place is a God Send for my recovery and rehabilitation from spinal reconstruction surgery. There is every piece of equipment that I could possibly want and need. Larry spent two hours with me developing a custom stretching and lifting plan that will be a long-term part of life for me.

Programs are great and the instructors are very knowledgeable.
