The YMCA offers such a wide variety of types of classes and of all levels- low to intensive. Water aerobics classes are excellent!
I love Davis Y everone is friendly and helpful
The only thing I use is the therapy pool. It is a treasure.
The hours of availability are way too limited. More hours would draw more “silver sneaker” revenue, since water therapy is widely promoted as wellness activity for seniors, but difficult to access.
Open it up wherever you can, then do a bit of advertising… the pool will be filled.

It’s a great place to go for your fitness and health needs. The staff is kind, courteous and professional.
We absolutely love the programs offered. the childcare is a blessing for parents who have nobody else to watch Their kiddos while they exercise. The Y has so many programs and things to offfer. We truly love it and so thankful to be apart of the ymca family.
Yoga with Sherri Wednesday mornings, sauna
They cover a large variety of likes & needs. Anyone can find an activity that they will enjoy. Also provides incentives to keep me moving.
Hands on activities ! Very friendly and helpful , everyone makes it fun and it increases your overall health ! No extra charge , love it !!
I like the group classes like pilates-Mat Based with Debbie she's very good .i like yoga class with Jenny G she's good, I enjoy the outdoors yoga .
They meet my needs and are convenient for my schedule.
There is a lot log equipment and a lot of classes. Basically there is something for everyone.
