You carry Quality Ebikes. I had been on the fence about e-bikes for too long. It was great to be able to rent the Turbo Comos a few times. I had been waiting for Turbo Vado 5.0 IGH to materialize online for ever. Then in August I was talking to Celso P and he showed me the Gazelle’s. It was love at first sight (with the ‘23 Ultimate c380 that was on the floor). Same price point and available! Thanks for allowing layaway because that same weekend the A/C died at home so my play money went to A/C. Just picked up bike this weekend. Only ridden it 2 miles but love it. More riding after this cold front leaves.

The guys at Bike Mart are all great! Celso, Austin, Luke all were extremely helpful. They took their time chatting with us, and made us feel like part of the Bike Mart family. I trusted them with my recumbent trike. It was built for me four years ago and the movers nearly destroyed it. They were kind and compassionate and honored my feelings by doing the job right the first time. Customer service matters to them and that alone will keep me coming back to them.

The staff is great-great attitudes, great customer service and very knowledgeable. I don’t know the guys name that came over from Colonel’s, but he was wonderful over there, and he’s wonderful at your place. You are lucky to have him! I would highly recommend your bike shop to my friends.
