I went into the Bike Mart not knowing anything about bikes needing to get some tires for a friend deployed in Africa. The help and expertise I received was great and saved the day.

Product selection was good and staff was super helpful and friendly.

I visited the store on Saturday to look for a headlight. (Like a lot of Texans, I've been doing my riding before dawn, before it gets too hot). Austin D. explained the features of the various models and helped me choose the one that's right for me. I then asked if I could bring my bike in from outside to have the tire pressure checked. "Sure!" he said.

I only recently started riding, so I bought a starter bike online last year. My Retrospec Titan 21-speed hybrid was probably half the price of the cheapest model offered at Bike Mart Fort Worth, but there was no judgment by Austin or anyone else on the staff. They cheerfully aired up my tires and sent me on my way.

Now that I've ridden for a year and thoroughly enjoy it, my plan is to upgrade in a few months. I'll definitely start my search for a new model at Bike Mart Fort Worth.
