After a couple of months of testing different gravel bikes, I finally went with a Surly Preamble! The guys in Fort Worth got my bike to me earlier than I expected! They were super patient with me and had all the answers. LOVE my new wheels!
Your staff are very cool and helpful. If you have any questions about their bikes, they'll be glad to help you. And repair shop are very knowledgeable on working or fixing your bike.

I liked talking to Ben about gravel bikes. He was extremely informative and knew his stuff. What an asset to your store. You guys did not have a SC Stigmata in stock, but Ben let me look at one that belonged to a teammate, with that person's permission. I can tell that you guys work hard on culture and it shows.
