Like the variety of equipment. But please put back chairs and tables upstairs for people to rest in between workouts otherwise TOO MANY PEOPLE just sitting on equipment or tables yo rest and not exercising Also scrolling on phones while sitting on equipment Make rest areas available PLEASE

I especially like the Monday & Wednesday senior fitness class with Sherry Brown, and Friday senior fitness class with Stanene (12:45 to 1:30 pm). These classes are excellent and much appreciated. I also appreciate using the fitness equipment on the second floor and the pool at the Y. Thank you for your offering free fitness classes to United Healthcare participants.
I'm new to the Y. I use the weights and weight machines I Haven't had the opportunity to participate the programs or activities yet.

I like body balance, step, and yoga on Saturday with Jan! Leslie and Judy are also great instructors!
