I love the variety of classes offered. There’s something for everyone! I love the instructors, they’re very good at it and they keep the classes motivated and fun. I haven’t used the machines yet but it’s only because I enjoy the classes and see results.

The front staff was always soo friendly in nice and accommodating and had a small gym feel.

It’s a wonderful facility. Everything is clean and kept up. The staff and volunteers are knowledgeable and friendly. I use the Y3 to 5 times a week to swim or to work out. It is a place that transforms my health. As an older person it’s so important that I can be active and be in a place that is safe clean and happy. I love my wife.

The programs and activities are structured for all age groups. No matter what stage a person is in life there is something for us to enjoy.
Group fitness classes
I enjoy the classes. However, the ones I want to do are very difficult to get into. There should be more offerings if possible.

Spin, Bodypump, Bodyworks and Pilates.

Some make the class enjoyable and others are like virtual classes with no feedback to the participants.
Love the outdoor pool in South Venice and the indoor option in Palmer Park.
