I really enjoy the virtual Les Mills cycle and core class offerings.. always a great variety of workouts to keep all participants active and engaged!!
We like the early morning start, participating in the Les Mills programs. Also, strength training and swimming a couple days a week are our favorites.
Mainly use the gym and pool/hot tub, no classes

Bonnie is our water aerobics instructor. She is a wonderful motivator and by far the very best at what she does . She has been a Constant in our lives for many, many years.
No one in our classes have come across any water aerobic class anywhere else in the country that even comes close to this. I am so fortunate that I joined the Y when we first came to Venice 20 years ago. I am certain the my hours in her classes has extended my life expectancy as well as my happiness. Our circle of friends includes so many that were formed at the Y while enjoying the common bond that brought us to enrich our lives through a fun hour of exercise!!!
The pool area is very clean.
Good classes but need more during the snowbird season.
The variety and different levels available
I take fitness classes. Great instructors and variety.
I love the expansive spaces on both the first and second floors, allowing for different types of fitness activities. I also like the wide variety of exercise machines and free weights (dumbbells and barbells) for the vigorous way I train.

The Y is an exceptional place with so much variety for everyone with various interests and abilities. There is one drawback though in the upstairs gym no instructions on how to use the machines
I use the gym and love the amount of equipment and machines available on 2 floors.

The YMCA has a much widerrange of machines for strength and for cardio that most other
competitors can't offer in number or quality. For me, I use specific YMCA equipment to target muscles that alleviate back foot and knee problems. The staff is easy to deal with and are welcoming/problem solving oriented.

The variety of group activities and the variety of strength and cardio machines is amazing. I love the pool and a lap lane is either available or open in just a few minutes. The instructors I have encountered are also excellent. And I would say since Covid, everything is cleaner.
My use was concentrated almost exclusively on the wellness area. There is a great selection of machines and free weights. The place could be twice as big!
Keep doing what your doing.
I had a shoulder replacement and the variety of and high end weight circuit training is mandatory for keeping my shoulder strong. It is a bridge from physical therapy to having the shoulder as strong as possible.
