The Y brings me the joy of fellowship and movement.
Friendly atmosphere. Great place to meet new people. The people that go to the Y are heavy weight lifters to people that lift the smallest weights and no one looks down on people that aren’t physically capable
Group exercises you offer
Wide selection of activities accommodating all needs and interests.
I like the size of the gym. Ground floor and 2nd floor. New mirrors are a great addition. Last time I was in the locker room it was very clean. I like the weight equipment. (Free weights and machines).
Lots of variety for working out!
I have been a member for 22 years. I started in the old building. Your instructors are the best and the variety of classes are wonderful. There is some kind of workout for everyone.

The Y provides many opportunities for fitness programs that I enjoy with options throughout the week and day. Well Done!
