Love that the play yards are inside due to it being so hot outside and that y’all separate the dogs into size of dogs when they are in the play yards. My dog is a small dog, I like that his play group are similar in size!

As a first time client, I was very impressed with your customer service. Ray met with Teddy and I before taking him back. Ray sat on the floor with us to calm Teddy. I am so pleased with Teddy’s cut, which is exactly what I asked for. Teddy is fluffier than I have ever seen him. Bravo!
I love how the staff really knows your fur baby and truly has their best interest at heart. Its so easy to bring your pup to the facility and pick up. My fur baby loves The Dog Stop in Kenner. We are very trusting of the staff to take care of her while she is away from home. She loves it there and all her friends she gets to play with. This is her home away from home.

Sydney did an amazing job (as always) grooming our little Shabu. She is so patient and kind. She's timely and has great attention to detail. Shabu would not dream of having anyone else groom him!
The Dog Stop of Sturat, FL did a great job with our almost two year old Great Dane.
Her nails were trimmed perfectly, she was bathe and her ears were cleaned perfectly.
I would highly reccomend them.
I'm sure I've already shared feedback here, but Indigo just loves her Dog Stop experience every time. She perks up as soon as she realizes where we're going and is always happy to see everyone there. They take excellent care of her and she always comes home a happy pup.
The staff was very friendly and my dog was very happy with his daycare.
Very friendly atmosphere, clean and didn't see one unhappy critter. My little guy was there for 6 hours, no issues. He got to doggie socialize, exercise all the energy he has.

The staff is always friendly and my dog always looks great after being groomed. He is also a wild one but he always seems to be cut to perfection and I have never heard as I have heard in the past that he would not keep still for me so we were not able to do a great job. He loves the person that grooms him there and she always takes a minute with him before taking him off to get groomed.
Took my Fendi in for a full groom. This was his first visit for a wash. The groomer came out and asked what type of cut I wanted. When I picked him up, I could not believe the difference. I could tell by his walk that he felt good and had been treated well. Will definitely be back for all his grooming needs. Hat's off and thank you to the groomer for a awesome job.
