Everyone was very nice. A lot of things went wrong with this stay (something happening to her ear, her entire belly turning bright red, and then she apparently bit off the tip of her tail). Nothing like this has never happened at any of her other boarding experiences there. Everyone was very attentive to my baby, and kept me updated through text and phone calls.
Friendly staff - the staff is always friendly and does their best to care for every dog that comes in the door. My girl loves the staff and they are always so supportive and caring of her! The rooms are clean and the staff is attentive to making sure things are cleaned up timely!

They go the extra mile and are very accommodating. On this visit, Phantom needed extra attention. Not only were they attentive to him, they put up with my constant calls to check in on him. Not one person appeared to be agitated, annoyed, or impatient.
I’m soo happy to have The Dog Stop as a second home for Phantom!

My Doberman (Nova) loves to go to doggy day care, she stays with no problem and when I pick her up she is exhausted. 🥱 The staff is friendly and are great with dogs.

Ella had so much fun. I was nervous dropping her off because I had never left her anywhere before. We were able to see her on the camera and that helped us feel so much better. They were quick to respond to any questions that I had. I am glad we tried this place.

Staff is delegated to care of dogs. My dog Odie does back flips when I drop him off for daycare. When I pick him up he refuses to go home

He love Joe!! He’s the best groomer we’ve ever had. My 14 year old Pomeranian is quite the handful. He is always so understanding and doesn’t let his bad behavior steer his feelings and treatment towards my little old man. He also is great with my overly anxious, little 2 year old Pomeranian that whines a lot. Long story short my babies are a lot to deal with and I feel cmfortable and confident every time they are with Joe. On top of the extra patience needed he ALWAYS delivers perfect cuts! My boys always prance around with confidence after their day at the”barber shop”
