I was glad that the delivery guy paid attention to where we were located. This has been a problem in the past. The delivery was quicker than expected being in the middle of winter. Pleasant surprise. During delivery the little black handle on the side of my tank top was broke but it's not a major problem.

I received my propane delivery 3.5 days after calling! It was in the midst of a compressor going bad on my heat pump and my propane (my aux heat source) under 20%! And the temperature was getting down into the teens at night. So I was in a pickle. Thankfully, the company filled my tank, I bought a new heat pump, and I was good to go! I had heard stories of fuel delivery taking 15 days after the request was made. I'm glad that was not true for me. The delivery driver said that it had just be crazy with delivery requests because of the extremely cold weather that hit our area. Things have since gotten under control. Although I am extremely satisfied, I would like to point out that their website has a phone number for emergency deliveries. When speaking with a representative, she said that they do not provide emergency deliveries. They should take that off of their website.
Delivery of propane is good. The service man is friendly and nice. He lets me know when he arrives.
