The reason for not giving your company a 10-star rating is based on some issues in the recent past. I would like to observe for a while to see that services remain excellent going forward. Kelly (UCT Team) went above and beyond in resolving the issues and deserves company recognition for her attentiveness to detail and her ability to understand and diffuse a problem. Delivery service has been good.
Our Va Propane delivery driver is very conscientious about our (friendly) dog. He is aware of the way our gate works and often comes and goes without us even being aware.

When it was quarles only we seem to receive our order a little quicker. I know the month of January was challenging, and I think you were overwhelmed with calls. I do wish the customer group could have been informing us a little better as to when we would receive our order. Originally I was told 7-10 days. As 10 days got closer I called to check the status of the delivery and was told it was in the schedule for the day I called..did not come. I checked closer to the 10th day and told it would be delivered on Saturday....it did not come that day either.
Finally was delivered on the 13th day. We are very happy with your propane and we will try to order before our tank gets to 30 lbs. so it will give you plenty of time before we run out of propane.

The only feedback l have is l prefer the driver park the gas truck in the public street and not in my driveway because of the weight of the truck to avoid damages to my driveway. My gas tank can be reached from the public street.
