Maria at the call center is always very friendly and helpful. Also the service man that comes to my house is always very respectful of my fence and yard. He always makes sure to secure my gate so I don't have to worry next time I let my dogs out. I always get quick and friendly service even during winter storms.

When call always pleasant to speak to and understanding. The superior website doesn’t always allow certain entries and Virginia propane always able to work out.

I ran out of propane unexpectedly and my account showed that I had plenty. The woman who answered my distressed call to Virginia Propane soon after they opened in the morning was sympathetic, checked with the dispatchet, and said someone would be there by noon. The delivery person got there by 11:30, filled my tank, identified the problem with the gauge, came in to check all my pilot lights, and while he was there kindly got the drawer under my stove back on track. Both people were professional, personable, and undetstanding.
